The Path of
ENERGETIC CONTAINMENT
A 4-Week Online or In-Person JOURNEY
There’s a practice people often refer to as semen retention, though the name itself feels far too small for what actually happens inside this work.
At its root, it’s a way of meeting your own energy with more presence and honesty. A way of slowing down enough to notice what really moves you, what rises in you, what overwhelms you and what opens when you stop rushing toward the end.
It’s a shift in how you relate to your desire: from something that spills out quickly to something you learn to hold, circulate and understand.
When you take the pressure off “the finish line,” your body reveals a different kind of pleasure. Slower. Warmer. More layered.
You start to feel the small waves under the big ones, the pulse that sits behind the obvious heat, the way arousal builds, drops, coils, widens and unfolds.
Most men never get to experience this because they’ve been taught to move too fast to notice.
Inside this practice, you learn how to stay with yourself in that intensity, instead of collapsing into it. Your desire stops running the show. You begin to lead it. And from that shift, a quiet confidence grows, a groundedness that follows you far beyond the bedroom and into the way you move through the rest of your life.
This is a path of refinement.
A misconception is to think of it as denial, when it’s actually expansion.
Let me introduce you to a different way of working with your sexual energy, one that’s slower, more intentional, and far more honest than what most of us were ever taught.
Across these four weeks, I’ll guide you through the foundations of this practice in a way that feels practical and embodied. We’ll look at what actually happens in your body when arousal builds, how to stay present in the intensity and how to work with your desire instead of being pulled around by it. You’ll learn through conversation, real-time guidance and practices you can fold into your daily life.
The deeper you go into this work, the more your body opens.
Pleasure stretches out. You feel more, not less. Your stamina changes because your relationship to sensation changes.
And the energy you once lost quickly starts staying with you: feeding your clarity, your presence, your focus, your sense of self.

“Working with K has helped me reevaluate my relationship with my desire. I took the four-week course on sexual self-control.
Having worked with several tantra practitioners in the past, I found that this experience stood out for several reasons.
First, K is very attentive: this attentiveness made me feel safe and respected throughout the course, which enabled me to express my desires more confidently and clearly.
Second, K's advice is grounded, practical, and useful. The exercises, breathwork, and homework were not vague, jargon-filled, or unhelpfully spiritual, but were instead easy to digest and implement.
Third, the course expectations and progression were clearly communicated, so I understood what goals were reasonable and attainable. I look forward to working K more in the future.”
Non-ejaculatory practice is, at its heart, about connection: body, mind, breath and the deeper layers that shape how you experience yourself. As you move further into this work, you start to understand that orgasm and ejaculation aren’t the same thing and that separating the two opens a completely different relationship with your own pleasure.
When you’re not rushing toward release, your body has space to show you more sensations, more nuances, more depth. The intensity doesn’t disappear; it expands. It spreads.
It becomes something you can actually stay with rather than something that overwhelms you.
Over time, pleasure stops being a quick peak and becomes something you can hold, build and circulate. A reservoir you draw from, instead of a moment that leaves as fast as it arrives.
