Tantra in Lisbon

I had never experienced tantra before and I came to K because I was looking for something other than the constant repetitiveness for sexual pleasure through ejaculation.

I was willing to open and experience so I surrendered myself into K’s hands and the magic flowed. There was the beautiful ambience of her tantric music that I blended into. I breathed deep and she paced with me. Her fingers dancing over my skin. Her touch was scintillating awakening a joy, and aliveness and excitement that made my body quiver to her touch. I cried subtlety with joy because I had never experienced as a man such a sensual touch of tenderness.

I did not know until now that this tender loving touch was what I have been yearning for in my life.

I surrendered even deeper, I breathed so deeply to her strokes on my skin, as she moved rhythmically in rapport with what I was feeling. It was beautiful and enriching and I could feel the power and aliveness of life moving through my body with each breath. This is not a sexual experience but a sensual one. How can you know who you are if you cannot sense the one that is here? This was K’s unspoken gift to me.

To feel and sense the flow of love and life move in you is very nurturing but also expansive and uplifting.

Combined with information and homework as well as follow ups in each session, I started to come into a deeper awareness of my connection to my sex and took a big step towards the dissolution of my limiting beliefs around my performance.

I came to you for this therapy to help me better understand myself.

Through this process, I have come to recognise that I can no longer push my sexual energy aside or parcel it away. Instead, I allow myself to feel it, understand it, and distribute it.

My sexual energy is not a restless urge, but a living current that can be transformed and redirected. I can guide it into my heart, where it flows through my body, and into my mind, where it manifests as compassion, love, presence, clarity, and creativity, or I can let it freely flow out of my body.

I now see that this energy has no fixed destination. It flows continuously, within me, and between myself and others. The transfer of energy does not need to be dramatic, significant, or marked by a highlight; it can be subtle, gentle, and quiet, yet still deeply meaningful. When it rises strongly, I can slow it gently, allowing it to spread throughout my being.

In therapy, I felt a deep connection with the practice of receiving openly, without the need to respond, and offering freely, without expectation. A continuous exchange of energy, rooted in acceptance and freedom, without needing anything in return.

To share love and energy openly, now this is freedom! 🙂 It resonates deeply within me. It brings clarity, as though my soul has been guiding me here all along, and gives me confidence that I am walking the right path. 😊😊😊 thank you K 🙏
