Each session is a meeting point between tenderness and truth, an invitation to feel deeply, breathe fully and return to yourself.
London sessions happen in a private temple space, quiet, intentional, and removed from the ordinary pace of the city. The room is held carefully. It takes you somewhere else before the session has even properly started.

Nothing is rushed. Every session opens with conversation and closes with time to settle and integrate before you leave.
K comes to London on a rotating schedule, several times a year, with dates shared through her newsletter and Instagram. Availability is limited and sessions fill quickly. If something here is pulling at you, reaching out earlier rather than later is worth doing.
